  • Billed automatically to your saved payment method

💳 Billing & Renewal

  • Your initial payment will be processed at checkout.

  • Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days from the original billing date.

  • We will charge your saved payment method without further authorization, unless you cancel in advance.

  • A receipt will be emailed to you after each renewal.

📆 Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription by logging into your MillionsOfAll account:

  • Update billing or shipping information

  • Cancel or pause your subscription

  • View upcoming charges and order history

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.

  • To avoid the next charge, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your renewal.

  • After cancellation, you will continue to receive the remaining shipments you’ve already paid for (if applicable), but your subscription will not renew.

🔁 Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  • We will attempt to charge your card up to 3 times over 5 business days.

  • If unsuccessful, your subscription may be suspended.

  • You will receive email notifications to update your payment details.

💵 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds are considered only if:

  • You cancel within 30 days of the original charge, and

  • The monthly box has not yet shipped
